COMMITTEE DISBANDS

UNEMPLOYMENT PROBLEM. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, April 9. It is reported that the Government Committee on Unemployment lias now disbanded. The Committee- presented two reports, announcing that it was awaiting instructions from the Government before' taking up any further line of investigation. The Committee has had no communication from the Government, and it is understood that it does not wish to proceed to investigate further the lines of operation of the proposed Unemployment Board if the Government does not intend to set it up as recommended.
