CANADIANS URGE HIGHER DUTY (United Press Association—Copyright.) VANCOUVER, Aoril 8. A Frodericton (New Brunswick) message states that a. resolution that New Zealand butter be subjected to an increased duty in order to stimulate the dairy industry in New Brunswick and other sections of Canada was adopted to-dav by the Agriculture Committee of the Provincial Legislature.
