The Graziers' Conference decided in favour of the establishment of Empire control of wool. The president (Mr Tout) said that an Empire Pool could be financed on a. capital of £50,000,000. If tlie proposal is apnroved by the Graziers' Federal Council and the Australian Vvoolgrowcrs' Council it is proposed that Sir John Higgins (formerly chairman of the British and Australian Wool Realisation Association) be invited to formulate a scheme. The proposal for an Australian pool was rejected.
