JAPANESE SPINNING MILLS. WAGES REDUCTION RESENTED. (United Press Association— Copyright.) (Received This Day, 8.55 a.m.) TOKIO, April 9. The proposed reduction of 30 per cent, in wages by Kanegafueln, a leading wealthy spinning company, because of business depression, is threatening to create labour troubles throughout the nation. . Other companies will inevitably follow the example. In the event of a strike, workmen forfeit their claims to-participation in the retirement pension-funds.
