PARNELL BY-ELECTION
LIBERAL-LABOUR CANDIDATE.
(Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, March 31. Mi- W. C. Hewitt, whose candidawas recently announced for the Parnell seat, agrees to submit his name to the United Party’s executive, and if he is not the selected candidate he will not contest the seat.
