ACROBAT KILLED.
BROTHER TRIES TO BREAK FALL (United Press Association—Copyright.) NEW YORK, March 31. Hans Jahn, aged 35, a German acrobat, was killed in a circus when he lost liis balance and fell from the j top of a 40-foot pole held on the shoulder of his , brother Karl. The latter, seeing his ! brother start to- fall, leaped forward and threw himself oh the ground as a cushion for Hans, but his bacli, was broken, and he died instantly.
