A vicious attack by rats on children occurred at Windsor. The parents ot Charles Green, aged six, when awakened bv the child's screams, found that one of his toes had been almost bitten off by ferocious rats. . ,' The following night the cries of their daughter Millie again brought them rushing to the room. One finger ol her right hand was torn and bleeding where the rats had gnawed the flesh AWAY Both children are suffering from the effects of poisoning.
