DEALING WITH BUSINESS. (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN. March 13. Socials calls and amenities are.over and Rear-Admiral Byrd has settled down to wiping off business arrears which have accumulated. Many members of the expedition are availing themselves of the Governments freo railwav passes and have gone to vanpus scenic resorts. Mr Russell Owen, of the New York "Times," will leave for Wellington to-morrow, sailing thence for Panama. • . , On Tuesdav at 3 p.m. Rear-Admiral Bvrd will address school children at the Town Hall and his remarks will be broadcast bv 4YA. The Admiral has also consented to show 400 ft of the Him which was taken in the Antarctic and to deliver an address here in aid of the obstetrical chair fund.
