PROPOSAL FOR A CONFERENCE. (United Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, March 5. In the House of Commons, Mr G. M. Gillett (Under-Secretary for Overseas Trade), in reply to a' question, said that the British organisation concerned in industry, commerce and shipping was communicating with similar organisations in the Dominions with a view to holding an Imperial business men’s conference simultaneously with the Imperial Conference.
