PLANS TO AVOID CRISIS. (United Press Association —Copyright.) (Received This Day, 2.15 p.m.) LONDON, January 19. Though the Naval Conference is almost monopolising attention during the week-end, the Press does not overlook the new session of Parliament, which one writer suggests will be the nftst dramatic and exciting since the war. Most anti-Government organs devote themselves to suggestions aiming at avoiding a crisis or an election in the earlv summer, in view of the Naval Conference and tlie critical problem in India.
