From 1924-25 to 1928-29 exports of produce and merchandise from Australia fell from £159,987,124 to £140,942,670. This serious decline is not only with overseas countries, hut with the Dominions, and has resulted in the Minister of Markets (Mr Moloney) asking Cabinet to establish a commercial service abroad.
