He added: "Tt would he absolutely wrong to rely entirely on Dominion iracle. The world 1 is our dominion for exports, but British exporters are now faced with competitive' prices and competitive oiiality. Bi°- trade with the Dominions means biff trade both ways. We cannot expect the Dominions to give 11s a great deal without doing something for them."
