AUSTRALIA V. NEW ZEALAND. MELBOURNE, January 16. The first of three Test croquet matches for the Macßobertson Shield, between Australia and New Zealand, is now being played. The outstanding feature was three triple peels scored by Australia, which has never been done before in a Test match. The results were: Windsor and McCleary (Australia) beat A. Ross and Mrs Smith (New Zealand) 26-1, 26-10. Miller beat Mrs Cole (New Zealand) 26-0, 26-0. Winterlow beat H. Stratton (New Zealand) 26-19, 26-3. H. Stratton and Mrs Watkins (New Zealand) beat Miller and Mrs Miller (Australia) 12-26, 26-12, 26-25. Crabb and Winterlow beat Archdeacon Creed-Meredith and Mrs Cole (New Zealand) 26-15, 26-14.

DOMINION TOURNAMENT. PALMERSTON N., January 16. Following are results of the Dominion croquet tourney: Mrs E.
