NEW YORK, January 14
The epidemic of parrot fever is apparently increasing, as four deaths have been reported to-dav throughout the country, while there are numerous cases of varying seriousness.
Tile question is holding the attention of governmental authorities. Nine cases were venorted in the New York area and 2.7 in the neighbourhood of Baltimore. Maryland. Other eases are reported over a scattered area.
