IUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Watering of Gardens from the High Pressure Water Supply will be restricted to the hours of 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. on week days only. (Note: No Evening Hours). Attention is drawn to By-law No. 5, Sections '4O, 41, and 42, which forbids Watering by Hose or Revolving Spray unless in the first case the Hose is held by hand and in the latter souio competent person is present on the spot.
