YOUTH'S NECK DISLOCATED. (Per Press Association.) WHANGAREI, This Day. Frank Bosnich, aged 17, dived into a pool at Whangarei yesterday afternoon and struck his head on a projecting bank, which hidden by mud brought down by the flood. He dislocated his neck. "His body was recovered some hours later.
