REPRESENTATIVE GATHERING. ADOPTION OF A CREED. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 9.20 a.m.) DELHI, December 28. A gathering at Calcutta of All Parties Conference and Indian National Congress, generally representative of Indian political elements, decided to adopt a creed for the total independence of India, backed by passive resistance, unless Dominion status is granted by Parliament by the end of 1929.—United Service.
