LAWN TENNIS. DOMINION CHAMPIONSHIPS. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. The New Zealand Lawn Tenmd Championships were resumed about 10.30 this morning in dull, muggy weather. The courts were very heavy as the result of the downpour yesterday. Heavy rollers were necessary to piepare the courts, and sawdust was free* ly sprinkled on the base lines, which were very greasy. Some of the contestants played in spiked running, shoes.
