MOUNT SOMERS AND UPPER ASHBURTON. NOMINATION OF MEMBERS. Nominations of members for the Mount Somers and Upper Ashburton Road Boards closed to-aay. Seven candidates have been nominated for the Mount Somers Board, necessitating the first election held for many years. Polling will take place on May 3. The required number of candidates for the Upper Ashburton Board having been nominated, there will be no election The nomintetions are as follow: Mount Somers.—Messrs J. R. Lockhard (Mt. Somers), G.
