TENDERS are invited by the Trustee of the Will of Jonathan | Hibbs, deceased, for LEASING the undermentioned Lands, as shown in Lots, for a term, of approximately 6 j years (from Ist May, 1928, to 14th i March, 1933). 0 Forms of proposed Leases may be seen, and Forms of Tender obtained, from Garrick and Co., Solicitors, Methven, or A. S. Nicholls, Solicitor, 137 Hereford St., Christchurch. Tenders to be sent in addressed to the Trustee of Jonathan Hibbs, deceased, c/o Garrick and Co., Solicitors, Methven, not later than 12 noon on TUESDAY, 17th April, 1928, and must be accompanied by a cheque for 6 Months’ Rent in advance, . which, in the case of Tender not being accepted, will be immediately returned after consideration of the Tenders by the Lessor.
