BREACH OF THE HEALTH AGT. (Per T> res« Aocrwifii'on ) WANGANUI. This Dav. A prosecution under the Health Act this morning for not protecting flpuxfrom vermin and dust, resulted in Charles Janies Gordon, a baker, being' fined £lO. Defendant bought a large quantity of flour last July, in anticipation of a rise. Portion of this was stored adjacent to the' bakerv, and the sacks were riddled with rats. ' Four tons were condemned and the remainder sold as pig feed.
