TWO RUMANIAN WOMEN. ' (Press Association—Copyright.) BUDAPEST, January 25. The mother, aged 8-5. and the young sister of M. Martin (leader of the National Peasant Party in Rumania) were bitten by a house watchdog which suddenly became mad. They were taken to the Pasteur Institute at Kelozvar.
