CHAMPIONSHIP FOR POULTRY. The Winter Show, conducted by the Ashburton Poultry, Pigeon,' and Canary Society, was continued to-day. Ini spite of adverse weather conditions, the attendance compared favourably with that of yesterday, many people from country districts arriving early this morning to view the excellent array of exhibits.

The cat section was judged to-day. The show will be open until 10 o’clock this evening. The awards in the cat section, and championship and special prize awards in other sections are as follow:
