REBEL FORCES DEFEATED. (Per Press Association— Copyright). (Received This Day, 10.40 a.m.) BENOS AIRES, December 30. Advices from an official source m the State of Rioi Grande Desul declare that Government troops vanquished • rebel column after seven hours fighting. The Federail troops lost four men, their opponents fleeing. _ San Francisco Deasis, in the same State, is reported! to be in possession of the revolutionaries.
