CHICAGO WHEAT PRICES. (Per Press Association—Copyright). NEW YORK, December 28. In the Chicago market December wheat quotations broke four cents, sending all grain prices sharply down and weakening markets throughout the country. Large receipts of December wheat, pouring in with the delivery date a few days removed, caused long holders to start selling with a rush that swamped the pit.
