MAINTENANCE AWARD.
TITLED LADY’S CLAIM. WELLINGTON, This Day. Reserved judgment was given bv Mr Page, S.M., to-day in the case in which Lady Stewart Forbes claimed maintenance for threp of her children from her husband, Sir Charles Stewart Forbes, launch owner, Picton, which has occupied the Court since August. His Worship made an order for 15s a week in respect to each child, with counsel’s fee (two guineas), payment to start to-day. Counsel asked for past maintenance from August, but Mr Page said he was not satisfied that defendant was of sufficient ability for such an order.
