Doumer proposes to obtain nearly 50 per cent of the estimated Budget of nine milliards of francs appears to be simply a disguised tax on business turnovers, which is opposed by Radicals, a-ho, however, agreed to the tax m. order to avoid a Cabinet split on the eve of the Parliamentayr recess. .
