TTNDER Section 23 of; “The Nurses and Midwives Registration Act, 1925,” it is necessary that all persons who desire their anmes to be published in the Gazette as nurses or as midwives shall forward to the Secretary or the Registration Board a request that their names so appear together with j their addresses and other particulars. Failure to forward such a request may result in the assumption that the person concerned is no longer on the Register. _ All nurses and midwives are therefore advised to apply forthwith to the offices of the Department of Health at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin or the undersigned for the necessary forms on which such application for gazetting may be made.
