LIQUOR SHIPS RETURNING

A Boston telegram says that a request for three additional Navy destroyers and a seaplane, to cope with the ships returning to Rum Row, off Cape Ann, and Boston Harbour, has been sent to Washington by the divisional chief of the coastguard. The smugglers' line, 22 miles off shore, ha 6 now grown to 12 vessels, including seven British and one French.
