THE PRINCE AT DURBAN. OPENING OF A DOCK. (Per Press Association—Copyright-) (Received This Day. 10.55 a.m.) CAPETOWN, June 4. Amid wonderful scenes of enthusiasm at Durban, the Prince of Wales opened the new Government dock, which will henceforth bear his name. He subsequently participated in a game of polo.
