TWO CANADIANS KILLED.
ONE HOLDER OF WAR RECORD. (Per Press Association—Copyright). VANCOUVER,. February, 24. At Camp Borden, Ontaria, FlightLieutenant J. H. White and Flight Officer R. H. Cross were killed when their machines collided in mid-air with a 'plane piloted by A. L. Morfee, who escaped unhurt. White was one of the premier airmen of the Great War, and had a record of bringing down the greatest number of enemy machines in the shortest, time. He went to France in July,. 1918, just before the Armistice, and bagged 31 aeroplanes. He was in the patrol which got the German ace,. Richthofen.
