UNDER the Road Board’s Act, Section 108. and the Rating Act, 1908, Sections 48 to 54, and amendments of the said Acts, PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Rangitata Road Board to make a GENERAL RATE of OneEighth (i) of One Penny in the Ponnd Sterling of Capital Value on all Rateable Properties, situate in Rangitata Road District, for the period commencing on April Ist, 1924, and ending on March 31st, 1925, payable in one sum on September Ist, 1914, at the Rangitata Road Board Office, at Lismore, and that the Valuation Roll is Open for Inspection at the same place from August 9th to August 23rd, 1924, betweeen the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. J. 0.
