Britain: Kingscote, Gilbert Godfree, and Woosnam. France: Borotra, Brugnon, Lacoste, and Cochet. AUSTRALIANS IN U.S.A. NEW~YORK, July 16. At Glencoe, Williams defeated Schlesinger, 2-6, 6-2, 6-4 Fred Kalms (Australia) defeated Gordon Hamilton (Chicago), 6-1, 7-5. Patterson and O'Hara Wood (Australia) defeated Obrian and Obrian, 6-1, 6-0. BROOKES IN ENGLAND. LONDON, July 17. _ In the Printon-on-Sea lawn tennis tournament Brookes has reached the fourth round.
