I NEW BANKING BILL. (Per Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, June 9. The "Morning, Post" says the details of the Banking Bill will be awaited with interest, but, broadly speaking, the lines proposed appear well designed to overcome some of the problems of currency and exchange which have been so hampering Imperial trade with Australia during the past year.
DEATH INTERVENES. Job Brown, the cab-driver who inherited a fortune, died suddenly in a Dublin nursing home, before he was able to enjoy his unexpected inheritance.

The 'Budget estimates provide for an increase in the Egyptian forces and the creation of a navy and an air force.
