ACQUISITIONS BY A.P.A. The Australian Provincial Assurance Association, Ltd., which recently purchased the Co-operative Assurance Co/s business yielding some £40,000 a year in Life and Personal Accident business, has now completed the purchase of the Life Insurance Company of Australia's Life and Personal Accident business producing approximately £140,000 yearly.
