A MARCH FROM LONDON.
MANY LINERS HELD UP. (Per Press Association, Copyright.) (Received This Day, 11.55 a.m.) LONDON, July 23. Strikers marching from London, reached Tilbury as the dock workers were signing on, and persuaded several hundred to join the strike. Work was consequently stopped on two New Zealand boats, t\vo P. and O. liners, two Clan liners, and several smaller vessels. Those marching returned to London, leaving pickets.
