PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that m pursuance of the provisions of the "Harbours Amendment Act, 1910," and its amendments, and of the regulations made thereunder by the Governor-in-Council, AN ELECTION of TWO MEMBERS to the office of MEMBER of the Lyttelton Harbour Board by the electors of the Combined District of the County of Ashburton (including Tinwald Town Board District) and the Borough of Ashburton, will be held on WEDNESDAY, the 27th day of April, 1921 ; and I hereby appoint the office of the ASHBURTON BOROUGH COUNCIL, Havelock Street, Ashburton, as the place, and TUESDAY, the 12th day of April, 1921, as the day for the Nomination of Candidates.
