LONDON, July 13. . London's Peace festivities on July 19' open with a great procession of five thousand sailors and soldiers, women's corps, contingents ,of Australians and Now Zealanders, and troops from other" dominions, 3500 Americans, eight hundred each of French and Italians, and smaller bodies of Belgiau and other Allied troops. Two thousand seats have been provided for incapacitated fighters. Old English dances, scenes from. Shakespeare, concerts, galas and children's entertainments will occupy the parks in the afternoon. A choir of ten. thousand, accompanied by the massed Guards' Bands, will 1 give a concert in. the evening in Hyde Park, v/here there will be a fireworks display at ten o'clock." H is hoped.tho electrical dispute will be settled.
