THE following Telegram, received from the Minister o Internal Affairs, is published for the information of Road Boards and Peace Celebration Committees:— "Referring my telegram of yesterday, have now state Cabinet has decided Government subsidy will be payable only in respect of ""-expenditure in connections with e-elobrations on 19th inst. As regards Railway Service** Soldiers and Children will be carried free on trains .only on 19th, if the Minister ofJlailways can so arrange to provide.
