EX-KAISER'S TRIAL.
LONDON, July 6. The Central News correspondent at Amsterdam says it is regarded as cer-tain-that the Court of Justice at Utrecht will decide the question of extraditing Wilhelm. The "Daily Chronicle" states that it is understood the tribunal at' thoj ex-Kaiser's trial will consist of heads! •of the justiciary of the five leading Entente towers... , Holland will .probably protest against a breach of the right of asylum, but will surrender .Wilhelm under protest. It is expected that a number of offenders in regard to submarine/warfare and the executioners ofc Captain Fryatt and Nurse Cavell will reach London'this week. They will be allowed counsel, and will be permitted j to call witnesses.
