(Received July 8, 12.30 p.m.) COPENHAGEN, July 4. As the result of Allied mediation an armistice between tb'tv Esthoniane and German troops was- signed at Riga on June 30. ...... _. It provides that'the Imperial German ■troops ' evacuate Lettland quickly, and both the Imperial and Baltic Landwehr leave Riga by July 5.
