GUILTY OFFICERS.

The Australian Press learns thafc.th? Amirahy has . prepared a list of 71 Gentian navaJ officers whose surrender is demanded from Germany. The list includes men guilty of exceptional callousness and brutality i:i connection, /with the bombardment of .the English coast, submarine warfare. and mine-laying. The list included some of the* most.prominent admirals iuid officers who are- already in British custody. The War Office and the Air Miaistrv are also preparing 'lists. ■ It Is "not likely that airy submarine , commanders will appear before the Entente tribunal. Many have already fled from Germany, while others are in hiding and threaten to commit suicide.
