(Received June 13, 10.30 a.m.) ' LONDON, .June 9. On the widely controverted. ground of the lower cost of living, the Shipbuilding and*. Engineering Federation proposes a reduction of five shillings a week iv the skilled and unskilled workers' war bonus. The dispute will affect two million men. The War Cabinet is considering the expediency of continuing the food control through the winter months in order to prevent profiteering.
