COAL COMMISSION.
SYDNEY, April 28. The Coal Commission resumed its sittings to-day, the employees being unrepresented. Mr Watt (Federal Act-ing-Prime Minister) has definitely arranged a conference of New boutli Wales colliery proprietors on Wednesday to discuss the agreement which the miners have already accepted. \ mass meeting of Cessnock miners decided not to resume work until the town was completely isolated.
