GERMANS SUMMONED.
PARIS, April 1G
A Council representative of the eighteen nations who declared war against Germany was summoned to give formal approval of the invitation to the German delegates to come to Versailles. It unanimously occurred in the invitation. It is understood a courier with the summons left for Germany last night.
It has been definitely decided that the Germans .will receive the terms at the Trianon--"'Palace. M...; Clemenceaa will
