A Hungarian wireless message states that Belakun, on being Interviewed, said that the negotiations wiCli General Smuts were most cordial. There was every reason to hope, the Entente .does not contemplate attacking the Hungarian Republic. . General Smuts,,sympathetically viewed the Conferences, representing the States, formerly included in Austria-Hungary, at Prague and Vienna, for the' purpose of considering boundaries -and economic relations.
