ANARCHY PREDICTED
(Received April 12, 11 a.m.) LONDON, April 10. lh<3 Austrian Press learns that the eyjdence from Germany shows the political situation is serious. The Seheidemann Government has little power to enforce its measures,' particularly lh industrial districts, where there are daily sporadic outbursts of anarchy, which are the prelude to an outbreak on-a large scale now being arranged. There is a possibility of the German Government imitating the Hungarian Government by resigning power to the Extremists.
