MUTINOUS MOVEMENT ON DWINA FRONT.
PETROGRAD, Oct. 22
Reports from,the Dwina front state that German prisoners admit that there was a mutinous movement in the army at the prospect of a winter campaign. The mutineers were- severely punished.
