LONDON, Oct. 22. In the House of Commons, Mr BaJfour said that there seemed to be no reason at present to add anything to tho British acknowledgment of the Pope's peace proposals. Mr W. King (Radical Pacificist) asked: "Is that not a change of policy, in view of the statement tliat the Allies iu%e considering" .;a joint reply ?" . '
