A compelling drama of love and domestic intrigue is unfolded in the story of Nan Perrine in the World Film Company's presentation "Her Groat Hour," to bo screened at His Majesty's Theatre to-night. Molly iMdntyre, who is credited with a great hit in the filmic production of "Bunty Pulls Tho Strings,'.' appears in the character of Nan,..a loveable-and heroic-fcype who endures with simple fortitude and womanly sacrifice fhe clings and arrows of outrageous fortune and finally comes to ; her own. She is dismissed from lier employment on a false accusation and. then finds work to .do as maid in a household where matrimonial complications are pending through the infidelity of the wife. Then comes the inevitable disclosure—a man is murdered, and Nan is accused of the crime. Everything against, her^ she seeks refuge in flight, but in- the end her inpc6nce is proved, the guilty wife is punished by a Higher"H&bd, and the husband, who Has befriended her through thick and thin, finally marries her. It is a dramatic p_lay, and Molly Mclntyre gives a moving interpretation to her difficult role. The supporting items are a good selection.
